Wonderful

There is self check-in but the host makes sure everything you need is in place. She was very nice and helpful, ready to assist if needed. The room was comfortable, clean and had a small but functional kitchen. The hotel is located in a quiet side street but close to a bus stop, convenience store, bakery etc.

A hotel with feeling at home. I’m glad that I’ve chosen to stay in this hotel.

The room has plenty of storage place, huge refrigerator, washing machine with simple instructions encouraging the guests to use it. Basic kitchen equipment is available for use. Host is helpful and charming. The hotel is situated on a high ground overlooking the beautiful Jeju city. A few convenience stores & supermarket are around within 5 minutes’ walking distance. A variety of restaurants are just nearby.

Comfortable for a short stay

the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. there war amenities for cooking and eating as well as a little table. The room saw clean and tidy.

I hat to pay twice an extra fee: one because of the dog, and one because they moved me to a “dog room” instead of the standard room I booked. in Booking.com there was no “pet room” option. Besides, the “pet room” was a normal room. there were no amenities for the dog. I did not understand why I had to pay more for that room.

Very Good

The lady was really nice in waiting for my arrival although it was very late at night.

The place did not have big towels for body and no courtain (common in South Korea) so the water from the shower splashes all over the bathroom.

When looking for a hotel, I considered a place where I can stay with my puppy. It was nice that Ara Palace Hotel permits

The room was really nicely furnished, it was clean and pretty. There was everything I needed, fully equipped kitchen, even a washing machine. The manager was really friendly and nice, contacting me for confirmation and during the stay as well to make sure my stay is comfortable enough in the hotel.

good location. Suitable for a short stay

studio apartment with a small kitchen and washing machine available. Location is pretty near the street market with convenience stores nearby. helpful staff.

Toilets are apparently prone to blockage and guests are advised not to flush toilet paper down the toilet. Aircon was also spoilt and we had to open the window for cool air. But the breeze caused the blinds to knock against the window. did not get a peaceful sleep.
